Cancellation Policy
You are requesting a booking, we will do our best to meet your needs. We will contact you to confirm the details. If you are flexible on the scheduling please specify in the details and special instructions section of the booking form. Please provide as much detail as possible so we can tailor our service quote to your needs. Please contact us if you wish to cancel or reschedule after the 24 hour online cancelation and rescheduling window has been reached. Event and other mission bookings may require a retainer fee. The amount will be disclosed in our quote. A retainer is typically required for bookings that are booked 30 days or more ahead. Retainer charges are non-refundable.
